Financial Details

Operation SEAs The Day is organized and operated as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Most donations are tax-deductible. The primary purpose of Operation SEAs The Day is to support wounded active duty and veteran military service members and their families through various activities, including, but not limited to, organizing donated local beach homes and facilitating an annual “beach week” and other events as a gesture of appreciation for their service and sacrifice.

All OSTD fundraising is done at no cost by local, unpaid volunteers. No salaries or other compensation are paid to any Board Member, Officer, Committee Member, or Volunteer of OSTD. Well, in excess of 90% of our expenditures are spent directly supporting our Warrior Families and conducting the Warrior Beach Week.
